We’re committed to ensuring our carers are well-informed about their earnings and the fees associated with using our service. Below, you’ll find a clear breakdown of how much you can earn, how our pricing works, and how our payout system operates.

Pricing Breakdown

Our platform charges clients based on the duration of the care services provided. Here’s a detailed look at our pricing structure:

Hourly Rate: £13.79
30 Minutes: £10.95
45 Minutes: £12.45

How Much You Will Earn

We take a 10% cut from the total amount charged to clients. This fee helps us maintain and improve the platform, as well as cover operational costs. As a result, you receive 90% of the total amount charged.

Earnings After 10% Cut:

Hourly Rate:
- Total: £13.79
- Your Earnings: £13.79 x 90% = £12.41 / per hour
30 Minutes:
- Total: £10.95
- Your Earnings: £10.95 x 90% = £9.85
45 Minutes:
- Total: £12.45
- Your Earnings: £12.45 x 90% = £11.21

30 Minutes:
- Your Earnings: £9.85
- Equivalent Hourly Rate: £9.85 x 2 = £19.70 / per hour
- Compared to Minimum Wage: With a minimum wage of £11.44 per hour, you earn approximately 72% more per hour.
45 Minutes:
- Your Earnings: £11.21
- Equivalent Hourly Rate: £11.21 x (60/45) = £15.28 / per hour

Payout Frequency and Process

Payout Frequency: Payments are made at the end of every month.
Payment Method: We process payouts via bank transfer to the bank details you provide to us.

When your paid

Earnings are calculated based on the work completed from the 24th of the previous month to the 24th of the current payment month. After this period, your total earnings, minus our 10% commission fee, are calculated and paid out at the end of the month.
